Today's Successful People Were Yesterday's Failure

People agree or not with this statement - Today's successful people were yesterday's failure.

Many time bosses or team leaders speak regarding our failures. They keep blaming that their subordinates don't do well, they don't perform better or they don't keep up the time. These are only few complaints they tell but there are many which they would tell.

Many times they forget that they were also subordinates once. They also had done mistakes and their leaders criticized for their mistakes.

I am not criticizing the team leaders or bosses but just making a point that team leaders or bosses should understand their subordinates and try to make them work and give them the tips so that they can perform well. We need to change the trend of working

When a person joins an organization their team leads or the colleagues does not tell the tricks and trades of the work but they just give a work and leave the rest for them. So when this person becomes a leader he would follow the same trend and it continues.

Let's say this happens: If a person joins and team leader helps him and give him the tips and helps him to move in the work ladder. When he becomes a leader he would help his subordinates too. So we need to change the culture of working style.

Leading a group or people is really difficult. So leaders start leading in a different way and see the change in the work place and in society.
