In keeping with a long standing tradition of entrepreneurship development, XIME is pleased to announce its 13th Management Programme for Entrepreneurs at its campus commencing on April 13, 2012.

Objectives

This programme will provide an implementable entrepreneurship framework in 5 modules:

* To introduce management concepts useful in the creation of a robust business plan for your business

* To provide practical advice from practitioners, industry experts and SME facilitators to help you grow and build a sustainable business

For Whom

* Persons who want to start or grow their own businesses or utilize the learning to drive a business unit within an Organization as Intrapreneurs.

* Persons with unclear business plans wanting to start their own ventures or grow an existing business, will get a clear business plan by the end of the programme.

* Persons who wish to invest in or advise entrepreneurial companies or startups will obtain an understanding of how to evaluate and drive the opportunity.

* Persons wanting to create self-sustaining social service ventures.

The Format

* Modular over 5 weekends-Friday (5 sessions) and Saturday (3 sessions)* Each module is independent of the previous modules but will have one session linking the module to the participants’ business plans* Classroom sessions covering the theory and the concepts related to entrepreneurship.* Expert advice from specialists and discussions with practitioners from the industry.* Preparation or modification of an individual or joint business plan for an existing or new business idea with consultation and guidance from faculty of XIME over the duration of the programme.* Networking opportunities between people from diverse backgrounds and interests.

Programme Charges

Enrolment is limited to a maximum of 30 participants on a first-come-first-served basis of qualified candidates.

Charges for each module including programme material, lunch, tea and snacks - Rs. 2750/-. Composite charges for all 5 modules will be discounted to Rs. 9000/- .

For those interested in executive residence, this may be availed at a concessional rate of Rs.950/- on a twin sharing basis for board and lodging for each two day module in addition to the delegate charges.

Registration Procedure

Candidates should send a filled in registration form along with the DD for Rs. 9000/- or Rs. 2750/- per module they wish to attend (Drawn in favor of XIME, Bangalore, payable at Bangalore) with a passport-size photograph to XIME before March 15, 2012.
