Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship is a leading Business School in Bangalore, Karnataka State, India, which has as its mission to provide value-based management education, not only to those seeking careers in the corporate sector, but also to entrepreneurs, small scale industrialists and those working in public (state) sector industry and services.

It is the first B-school in Bangalore to have received the coveted 5-year accreditation by AICTE in September 2004.

 

Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore, was established in May 1991 to meet a universally felt need for an institution offering high quality management education and entrepreneurship development on a strong ethical foundation. Public systems and NGO activity have been other areas with which XIME has actively engaged itself through its mission of service to education. The institute’s flag ship programme is the two year PGDM programme which is equivalent to MBA.

 

In India XIME occupies a special niche as an institution where admission of students is not linked with donations of any kind, formal or informal reservations or quotas. Merit is the sole criterion for admission to our courses. The diversity of the institute’s student body is one of the best, with all parts of the country represented and women students forming 45-50 percent of every batch.
