Agriculture and Food Management Institute, Utkarsh

Utkarsh is an E-cell set up by the members of AFMI, Mysore that offers post graduate diploma in agri and food business. We inaugurated our E-cell on December 29, 2009. The E Cell is also registered online.

Some activities carried out by “Utkarsh” include a one day entrepreneurship awareness workshop for students and a 'Fun-n-Food' exhibition-cum-sale at the campus for a day. Though the activities carried out were not many,  we discovered an entrepreneurial spark  among the students, who have long term visions of becoming an entrepreneur. With the co-ordination and support of our E-cell, Faculty members incharge and our NEN Consultant we plan to grow and flourish.
