Core Business School’s edifice stone is based on the philosophy of Transcendental Quality. It is an institution built with innate excellence in all domains. CBS offers residential Post-Graduate Programs in Management conducted by a dedicated team of faculty members drawn from academia as well as industry and known for their achievements, enabling CBS to achieve high levels of academic excellence and quality research. Teaching and training are important but creating a thirst for knowledge by questioning, encouraging and challenging, is the most crucial task. This thirst is quenched by CBS's pedagogy to management education, which provokes students to think beyond text books and encourages them to construct their own bridges to find real time solutions.
Core Business School focuses on holistic grooming of an individual that involves strong industry interface in the form of guest lectures, industry visits and involvement with unconventional institutions like NGOs enabling a wide variety of inputs by which a student could draw a tentative shape to his/her career. To experience an organisation’s work culture students avail a two-month training in industry of their choice which is facilitated by the institute. As accepted, “Developing to make a living is quite an easy task, while to prepare to make a life need efforts”. Following the same at CBS, faculty don’t work under a mass production environment, rather they mentor every student as different individuals and try to bring best out of him/her. To make this true CBS management has restricted the intake to 60 students only so that the quality of delivery remains unmatched.
