Eastern Institute of Management
Eastern Institute of Management (EIM), Kolkata is a stand-alone, 100% self-financed B-School owned by a Trust. It is managed by a group of industry experts-turned-academicians committed to imparting world-class management education as an application science.
The Institute is an off-campus of the University of Kalyani, West Bengal, which has AICTE affiliation. Its 2-year full-time academic program leads to the MBA degree of the University.
The courseware at EIM is experiential. Students are imparted cutting-edge domain knowledge; simultaneously, they learn far beyond the curriculum: about ground-zero business practices, industry-specific operations, and cross-functional analytical and decision-making skills. They also undergo rigorous training in soft skills – communication, teamwork, leadership, attitude engineering, time management et al.
