Entrepreneurship and Management Processes International is a vibrant residential business school conducting AICTE approved PGDM programme with an array of specialisations in Advertising Communication, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Global Business, Human Resource, IMC and Brand Management, International Trade and Finance, Marketing, Marketing Planning and Buying, Operations Management and Organisation Development.

 

EMPI, established in 1994 with the objective of grooming students in a corporate-like set-up, pursue a pedagogy based on the mantra ‘Child learns what he lives’. Thus the day for the student at EMPI dawns with morning exercise, jog or yoga. This sets the clock for the day. The day’s routine is akin to the corporate system. Students attending classes formally dressed in the Executive attire and participating in syndicated learning groups, with regularity in attendance are distinct observations made by many visitors. Such a work schedule also stresses the need for regularity and punctuality.

 

EMPI is situated in a large green and serene campus with multiple facilities for games and sports, a medical unit, post office and a bank and a departmental store. Most of the core faculty stay in the campus. In addition, its large satellite wireless connected Computer Centre and an extensive and up-to-date library has prompted people to call EMPI campus a ‘Modern Gurukul’.
